Yes, the Iron & Haft Apprentice Cargo Work Pants is first and foremost a work pant. We wanted to create something for the hardworking guy that isn't necessarily tactical, but he knows how to get his hands dirty. We feel like the Apprentice Pant is the perfect solution! This pant gives you the critical features and durability you need, and leaves out the frills and gimmicks that you don't need. These are classic cargo work pants that will be comfortable, last a long time, and save you money!
Some of the critical features we added to make sure this pant qualified as a work pant are a hammer loop (positioned on the left side), internal knee pads pockets, a reinforced heel to prevent wear, and cargo pocket top flap pass throughs that are a great quick access option.

Ungh-nothing great
Material is thin and size runs a little small (about 1 size). Ok but nothing special.

Too Small
I got these as a cheap work/painting pant... just lost 20lbs and it still wouldn't fit. I bought the same size as my regular pants, which are now loose. Felt light so I bought a pair 2 sizes bigger to use.

Prime Purchase
Purchased these for my Pop. He LOVES them...far more than others that I have paid 3x more for. My Pop is not an easy fit. He wears anywhere from a 40" to a 44"x 30". The measurements were spot on and these fit as if they were tailored to him! Very impressed with the quality. I was not expecting it for the price! Highly recommend!

Better than the Core Cargo!
As a huge fan of the Core Cargo pant, I have to say these two are very similar but there are definite improvements over the Core Cargo. The pass through on the pockets and the hammer loop, as well as the different fit and slightly different look are most welcome.

Work pants
The pants are great quality. They fit well, a little snug for a 30 waist but they have some stretch. The material seems durable and is holding up good so far.

Workmanship is good. Design about average. Materials are thinner than I would prefer.

Takes the neoprene pad inserts
Takes the neoprene pad inserts (try them!) They also have the same amount of pockets I'm used too. Solid set of pants for the price and with the knee pads inserts make my life way more comfortable. I'm rough on pants in my life but this material is holding up so far.

These pants are great for working. I need pants with the knee pad pocket because of double knee replacements. The pants are durable and comfortable.
